Would you like your child to be:

More happy and confident?

Able to sleep better?

Enjoy life more?

Have a more positive outlook?

Then, why not let them join us for these fun and interactive workshops exploring mindfulness, relaxation and emotional wellbeing through stories, songs, movement, stretching, story massage, breathwork and games.

Mindfulness in its simplest form is noticing what is happening and how you are feeling in this exact moment.  When children notice what is happening around them it can help them to relax, feel calmer, have the confidence to try new things and manage their emotions.

Peaceful PJ’s

Through the themes of fairy tales and bedtime stories this restful evening session introduces children to simple, but effective tools to promote relaxation, mindfulness and a positive mindset.  We believe these tools play an important role in good emotional health, wellbeing, self-esteem and emotional resilience

Children are encouraged to come in their pj's or a onesie and bring a blanket and a Teddy if they wish.

A more relaxed and quieter experience than ‘Brain Break’ and suitable for children with special, additional and/or sensory needs.
