AWAKEN POTENTIAL: Brain Break

AWAKEN POTENTIAL

Would you like your child to be:

More happy and confident?

Able to sleep better?

Enjoy life more?

Have a more positive outlook?

Then, why not let them join us for these fun and interactive workshops exploring mindfulness, relaxation and emotional wellbeing through stories, songs, movement, stretching, story massage, breathwork and games.

Mindfulness in its simplest form is noticing what is happening and how you are feeling in this exact moment.  When children notice what is happening around them it can help them to relax, feel calmer, have the confidence to try new things and manage their emotions.

Brain Break

Ards Arts Centre

Friday 21 February

Ages: Nursery-P3: 1pm-2.30pm

Ages: P4-P7: 2.45pm-4.15pm

Fee:    £8 per child (accompanying adult/guardian is required but is free of charge)

Through the theme of the popular book “Marvellous Me”, your children will be introduced to simple, but effective tools to promote relaxation, mindfulness and a positive mindset.  We believe these tools play an important role in good emotional health, wellbeing, self-esteem and emotional resilience. Send them back to school after the half-term break refreshed and resilient!
