Ards Community Choir offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for those who love to sing!
Singer and teacher Claire Buchanan teaches all the songs by ear, so you do not need to know how to read sheet music. The choir learns a mixture of songs and styles from around the world, and sings in two and three-part harmony.
The choir has performed at various community events and concerts in Ards and elsewhere over the years.
No experience necessary, and no audition required.
Booking Information
- Bookings for the next term will open on: Tues 12 March
- Enrolment onto the choir is for an 10 week term
- Bookings for a term must be made in advance of the first session of the term. Bookings will CLOSE at 12noon on Friday 5 April
- Bookings can not be made on the door on the night, or after the date of the first session in the term

Tea/coffee provided - however, please bring your own travel cup!
Terms and conditions
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please check all details carefully when booking.
- Class / workshop bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.
- All classes and workshops must be booked in advance and fees are payable in full.
- We make a decision on whether to run a course / workshop one week before the start date. Please help us to help you by enrolling promptly.
- Participants will be required to bring their own materials, unless otherwise stated.
- As we have set up and cleaning time between each class, we ask that participants do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
