ForM Sculpture Exhibition

Bangor Castle Walled Garden

3 – 25 June

Art and nature collide in this unique garden experience.

Bangor Castle’s Walled Garden will be home to twenty nine sculptures for the month of June when the annual ForM sculpture exhibition takes up residence in its beautiful surroundings.

The eclectic exhibition will showcase works from the local area alongside sculptures from throughout Ireland.

The sculptures, inspired by the garden, will give visitors a unique experience and the opportunity to see art in a different context.  A visit to Bangor Castle Walled Garden is a real escape and the sculptures enhance this experience even further.

Some of the works are of large scale and complement the setting whilst other subtler works will need to be sought out. Come along and enjoy this exhibition with the whole family when art and nature collide in a unique garden experience.

The exhibition will continue until 25 June and is free to visit.  Some of the sculptures will be available to buy and you may pick up a free catalogue and map at the Walled Garden.

Vote for your favourite sculpture!

This year we are asking the public to vote for their favourite sculpture in the exhibition. Voting slips can be found inside the cafe kiosk, and you will also be in with the chance of winning a family pass to the Walled Garden Summer Theatre production of David Walliam's Billionaire Boy!

The exhibiting artists this year are:

Anna Donnovan, Helen Shields, Jo Hatty, Joan Speed, John Trew, Joy Gray, Judith Waring, Keith Sheppard, Lauren Dawson, Leanne McClean, Michael Malone, Owen Crawford, Patricia Millar, Paul Fitz, Paul Flynn & Conleth Gent, Rosemary McCartney, Ruth McEwan-Lyon, Sharon Regan, Siuban Regan, and Victoria Bentham
